11/28/2014 - Fraudulent Use Suspect

ON OCTOBER 13, DETECTIVES WITH THE LEXINGTON DIVISION OF POLICE BEGAN INVESTIGATING A FRAUD CASE IN WHICH THE SUSPECT USED THE VICTIM’S CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO PURCHASE TWO IPHONE 6’S AT THE WALMART IN HAMBURG.  THE CHARGES TOTALED OVER $1,500.

10/21/2014 - BANK ROBBERY

ON APRIL 30, AT APPROXIMATELY 11 AM LEXINGTON POLICE RESPONDED TO THE PEOPLES EXCHANGE BANK ON RICHMOND ROAD IN REFERENCE TO A ROBBERY. WITNESSES ADVISED TWO MALE BLACK SUSPECTS ARMED WITH A HANDGUN ENTERED THE BANK AND DEMANDED MONEY. THE SUSPECTS FLED WITH APPROXIMATELY $6,453 IN CASH.

10/14/2014 - FOODLAND ROBBERY

ON SEPTEMBER 26, LEXINGTON POLICE RESPONDED TO THE FOODLAND MARKET ON EUREKA SPRINGS IN REFERENCE TO A HOLD UP ALARM. WHEN POLICE ARRIVED, THE VICTIM ADVISED THAT THE SUSPECT ENTERED THE STORE, POINTED A GUN AT HIM WHILE DEMANDING MONEY. THE SUSPECT FLED THE SCENE WITH CASH FROM THE REGISTER.

ON AUGUST 26, LEXINGTON POLICE RESPONDED TO SAMI’S CAR WASH ON NEW CIRCLE ROAD IN REFERENCE TO A THEFT AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE OWNER ADVISED THAT THE SUSPECTS PULLED INTO ONE OF THE SERVICE BAYS, AND PROCEEDED TO DAMAGE, AND STEAL EQUIPMENT WORTH OVER $2,100.

9/30/2014 - PHARMACY ROBBERY

ON AUGUST 13, LEXINGTON POLICE RESPONDED TO THE RITE AID PHARMACY ON LOUDEN AVENUE IN REFERENCE TO AN ARMED ROBBERY. WITNESSES ON THE SCENE ADVISED THAT A MALE WHITE SUSPECT, WEARING A CAMOFLAUGE SHIRT, HANDED THE CLERK A NOTE DEMANDING NARCOTICS, AND IMPLIED THAT HE HAD A KNIFE. WITNESSES ALSO ADVISED THEY BELIEVED THE SUSPECT WAS MISSING HIS RIGHT ARM.

ON JULY 24, A SUSPECT ENTERED THE MEIJER IN HAMBURG AND APPROACHED THE PHARMACY CLERK WITH A NOTE STATING HE HAD A WEAPON, AND DEMANDED NARCOTICS. THE SUSPECT WAS A MALE WHITE WITH CURLY HAIR WEARING AVIATOR SUNGLASSES AND A COWBOY HAT. THIS SUSPECT IS BELIEVED TO BE CONNECTED TO TWO OTHER PHARMACY ROBBERIES IN LEXINGTON. CAN YOU HELP US IDENTIFY THIS SUSPECT?

ON AUGUST 24, LEXINGTON POLICE RESPONDED TO 1800 NEWTOWN PIKE IN REFERENCE TO A THEFT OF A PURSE AND CELL PHONE. AFTER THE THEFT, THE SUSPECT FRAUDULENTLY USED THE VICTIM’S CREDIT CARDS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. THE SUSPECT WAS ALSO IDENTIFIED AS THE SUSPECT IN MULTIPLE LARCENIES FROM AUTOS IN THE MASTERSON STATION PARK. THE SUSPECT IS ALSO OPERATING A STOLEN VEHICLE FROM LOUISVILLE.

ON MARCH 26, AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT ENTERED THE “RICHMOND DRUG” PHARMACY BRANDISHING A REVOLVER. THE SUSPECT DEMANDED VARIOUS TYPES OF PRESCRIPTION PILLS BE PLACED IN A PLASTIC BAG, AND FLED THE SCENE.

ON AUGUST 21, OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE SUPER MERCADO IN REFERENCE TO AN ARMED ROBBERY. WITNESSES ADVISED A MALE WHITE SUSPECT CAME INTO THE STORE BRANDISHING A HANDGUN. THE SUSPECT ORDERED PEOPLE ON THE GROUND, AND DEMANDED MONEY FROM THE SAFE. THE SUSPECT FLED ON FOOT WITH OVER $2,000.
