Shootout

The Shootout will be held Saturday, August 22rd, 8:30AM-2:30PM, at the Police Range, corner of Parkers Mill & Airport Rd., Lexington. Each shooting slot is $50 for the Individual Shoot or for each member of a 3 shooter team (team cost is $150 for three shooters).
Gates open at 8 for sign-in, shooting begins at 8:30. Shooting runs until 1:30, awards and raffles at 2:30. Free Breakfast and Drinks and lunch is available. Raffles and Silent Auction with great items. Use of Glock 17 Pistol, Ammunition (115 gr. FMJ) and Targets included.
Safety Briefing required prior to entering the firing range. All ages welcome as spectators, but shooters on range must be age 18 and up.
Please note: No open toe shoes, hearing & eye protection required on range, no personal weapons or ammunition allowed inside the facility. Participants must follow commands given by range officers. Shooters must show ID and sign waiver prior to participating. Award determination and all disputes shall be decided solely by Match Director.
Course of fire: 25 rounds: 5 rounds at 7 yards, 10 rounds at 15 yards, 10 rounds at 25 yards. B-27 silhouette target. Bullseyes used as tiebreaker.
Awards available for all skill levels, plus additional category awards for highest scoring Seniors (65+), Women, Law Enforcement/Firefighters (active & retired), and (new this year) Military (active and retired)

All shooters must be 18, show ID, sign waiver and attend safety briefing prior to shooting. Use of pistol, ammunition and target all provided. No personal weapons or ammunition allowed.
Red Dot sights, new for 2026: Two red dot sighted pistols are available this year for a separate competition. Red Dot shooters must also shoot in Individual and/or Team Shoot. Limited slots available (12 slots remaining as of 8/4!), separate $100 cash prize for Red Dot high score. Red Dot scores will not be counted in individual or team shoots. See conditions, below.
