Nicholasville Road Theft
March 27, 2024
On March 10, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 3200 block of Nicholasville Road reference a stolen vehicle. The victim advised his 2008 Red Ford Mustang was taken from the parking lot. After reviewing camera footage It appears two suspects are involved in the theft. One removes the victims keys from under a register and passes them off to the other suspect who then leaves in the vehicle. Both suspects are caught on camera leaving the store.
Nicholasville Road Burglary and Larceny From Auto
March 20, 2024
On March 17, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 3301Nicholasville Road (Fayette Mall) reference a Burglary. The suspect is observed in a dark colored Chevrolet SUV. He exits the vehicle and proceeds to Tamper with the lock on a shipping container. He is able to make entry into the container and is then observed exiting with property.The victim advised the same suspect is also observed on camera pulling up to a vehicle in the parking lot. He parks his vehicle next to the victims vehicle and moves items from the victim’s vehicle into his. The victims vehicle was found to have a broken driver side window. The victim advised a large amount of tools had been removed from the vehicle.
Winchester Road Robbery
March 20, 2024
On March 10, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 1200 block of Winchester Road in reference to a Robbery. The victim advised the suspect became irate about the cost of an item and began a verbal argument. The suspect then damaged the barrier that separated the clerk from the customer and struck the victim with debris, causing pain to the victim. The suspect then exited the store with the item without paying.
Harrodsburg Road Burglary
March 06, 2024
On February 07, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 1900 block of Harrodsburg Road reference a Burglary. On February 5 at 9:19 p.m. an unknown suspect is observed on camera entering the store armed with a handgun. It appears the suspect zip ties the doors shut and proceeds to place twelve bottles of alcohol in a duffle bag before exiting the store. A employee was in a back room at the time the incident occurred and unaware the suspect was in the store.

E. Tiverton Theft
January 31, 2024
On January 26, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 100 block of E. Tiverton Way about a theft. An hour later, officers responded to the 3600 block of Walden Drive, referencing a theft. Detectives determined the same suspects to be responsible for both thefts. A robbery also happened on December 23, on the 100 block of E. Tiverton Way, that appears to be the same suspect. It appears the suspect contacted the victims through an online marketplace and arranged to meet to purchase items from the victim. In both theft cases, the suspect flees with the victim's property without giving payment. The suspect used the same online profile to communicate with the victims, and both victims gave similar descriptions of the suspect. He is described as a younger male black, approximately 5'10" with an average build wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and white pants. In the robbery, the suspect displays a black handgun and takes the victim's property before fleeing on foot from the area.

Louie Place Burglaries

On December 17, 2023, the Lexington Police Department was contacted regarding two burglaries in the 100 block of Louie Place. After reviewing video, Detectives determined the same suspects to be responsible for both burglaries.
Walden Drive Criminal Mischief
January 17, 2024
On January 09, 2024, Lexington Police responded to the 3600 block of Walden Drive reference Criminal Mischief. Witnesses advised an unidentified female used what is believed to be a tire iron to break the rear window and tail light of the victim’s vehicle. The suspect was observed exiting a small white pick-up truck believed to be a Ford Ranger prior to causing the damage.

Southland Drive Criminal Mischief
January 17, 2024
On December 9, 2023, Lexington Police were contacted by multiple victims in regards to Criminal Mischief. It appears the suspect spray painted multiple vehicles and a business with orange spray paint.
The suspect appears to be a male Hispanic in his early 20’s wearing a Nirvana T-shirt with a blue and orange jacket and jeans.
Wrenn Court Homicide
January 10, 2024
On September 24, 2023, Lexington Police were in the area of Main Street when they heard shots fired from Wrenn Court. When they arrived they located Ty’Juan Pearson suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Officers advised several subjects were observed leaving the area that may have witnessed what occurred.
Campsie Place Theft
December 27, 2023
On December 17, 2023, Lexington Police were contacted in regards to a theft from the 200 block of Campsie Place. The victim advised an unknown female removed a package from her mailbox.

STATUS: OPENThe Bluegrass Crime Stopper Crime of the Week is Robbery 1st Degree. On November 14, the Lexington Police Department was dispatched to Family Dollar at 2181 Versailles Road for a Robbery. The victim advised the suspect attempted to leave the store with a basket of merchandise he hadn’t paid for. When the victim attempted to stop him the suspect struck him in the face before fleeing the store.

From September 22, 2023 through October 15, Lexington Police Department responded to multiple reports of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. Multiple victim’s reported damage to they’re vehicles.
The reports are all from the downtown area with multiple victim’s vehicles being at the same location.
Candlewood Suites Larceny From Automobile
September 22, 2023
On September 22, 2023 at 7:22 a.m., Officers with the Lexington Police Department where dispatched to Candlewood Suites at 603 Adcolor Drive in reference to a Theft by Unlawful Taking-Firearm and Theft by Unlawful Taking-Contents from Vehicle. The victims advised the suspect’s damaged the back drivers side window and removed multiple guns from the vehicle, to include two rifles.
Shell Station Robbery

STATUS: OPENOn September 9, 2023 at 3:24 a.m., Officers with the Lexington Police Department where dispatched to the Shell Station at 6400 Polo Club Lane in reference to a robbery. The victim advised a male entered the store with a rifle and demanded money from the register. The suspect places the money in his backpack and then demands vape cartridges. The victim gives the suspect vape cartridges valued at $375 and the suspect then flees the store on foot.
Kidnapping at Speedway Gas Station

STATUS: MOST WANTEDThe Lexington Police Department is attempting to identify suspects wanted in connection with Theft by Unlawful Taking-Vehicle and Kidnapping-Minor. On June 29, 2023 at 4:34 a.m., officers were dispatched to Speedway On Nicholasville Road reference a stolen vehicle with a four year old inside. The vehicle was recovered a short time later with the juvenile was inside.

STATUS: OPENOn Friday, March 31 at 0301, the Lexington Police Department was dispatched to 3469 Buckhorn Drive in reference to a Robbery. The victim advised the suspect entered the store and said “Give me all the money in the drawer”, while showing a firearm in the front pocket of his sweatshirt.
