Crime of the Week Robbery 1st Degree and Burglary 1st Degree

The Bluegrass Crime Stopper Crime of the Week is Robbery 1st Degree and Burglary 1st Degree. The first incident occurred on November 3, at 9:45 p.m., at Los Hermanos Supermarket located at 1511 Russell Cave  Road. The victim advised three males entered the store and displayed firearms while demanding money from the cash register. The suspects then fled the store. On November 8, at 8:30p.m., Lexington Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Gerald Drive, reference a Burglary. Officers determined that two separate apartments had been burglarized. The occupants of the first apartment stated that a containing three male Hispanic suspects had followed the victim home. The three suspects got him out of his vehicle at gunpoint and instructed him to knock on all four doors of the building to get the occupants to open the doors. Two suspects entered one apartment and stole four phones at gunpoint. The suspects then entered a second apartment, stealing cash and two cell phones. Detectives confirmed the Robbery and Burglary have one of the same suspects in common.
