The Lexington Police Department is currently looking for Torrey Lamont Higgins. He has twenty outstanding warrants for his arrest. The warrants are for Stalking in the 1st degree, three for Violation of EPO/DVO, one for Distribution of Explicit Images without Consent, one for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, three for Wanton Endangerment 1st, one for leaving the scene of a collision, two traffic offenses, one for Failure to Appear, one for Burglary 1st, one for Sexual Abuse 1st, two for Intimidating a Participant in the Legal Process, two for Assault 4th-Domestic Violence, and one for Fleeing and Evading Police 1st degree (Motor Vehicle).

The warrants are for three counts of Criminal Mischief 1st, three counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking over $500, one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000 one count of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd, one Failure to Appear reference Theft of Identity, one Failure to Appear reference Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and the last warrant out of Powell County for Receiving Stolen Property over $10,000. She has one summons for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Lamarius T. Gates. He currently has an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear relating to the following three felony offenses. Two counts of Tampering with a Witness and one count of Persistent Felony Offender II.

On Monday, December 28, 2020 at 1:11 P.M., Lexington Police responded to the parking lot of the Woodhill Food Mart, 2350 Woodhill Dr., in reference to a shooting. Officers located the 20 year-old victim, Jaquis Ray, in a vehicle with a gunshot wound. Mr. Ray was transported to a local hospital, but succumbed to his injuries. Homicide detectives located surveillance video of the suspect, CAELAN GILLS, firing shots at the victim’s vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect then immediately fled from the scene in a vehicle. On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, surveillance video of the incident was released to the media and with the assistance of the public, the suspect was identified. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined the victim and suspect knew each other. Investigators are again asking for the public’s assistance to locate Mr. Gills, who is wanted for MURDER. He is considered Armed and Dangerous.

The Lexington Police Department is searching for Anthony S. Horn. He currently has two outstanding warrants. One is for Strangulation 2nd and the other is for Assault 4th Degree-minor injury.

Numerous agencies across central Kentucky are looking for DWAYNE M WINFIELD. He has a total of six outstanding felony warrants. He has two warrants in Fayette County, one in Jefferson, one in Jessamine, one in Montgomery and one Parole Violation warrant. All of these are related to the felony charges of Theft by Deception $500 - $10,000. He also has three summons in Jefferson County. Two are for the felony charges of Theft by Deception $500 - $10,000 and one is for Theft of Identity. Lexington Detectives advised he is linked to over $31,000 in fraud in the last 30 days.
